If you haven’t been exposed to the disco explosion that’s been permeating our fair city over the past year or so, then clearly you’ve been living in a cave. On any given weekend, Washingtonians are bound to find at least one fantastic event showcasing this up-and-coming movement. That said, things are really going to heat up this Saturday as our area’s finest disco delegates kick off the inaugural night of Disco In The Dark at the always raucous Black Cat. Featuring Shenaniganz resident Mr. Bonkerz, Dance Party Chronicles contributor DJ Remote Ctrl, and Baltimore’s Sneakers in the Dryer, this night looks to be an interstellar-journey-of-a-dance-party that we’re truly stoked to check out. We highly encourage you to stop by, have a drink (or five), dance like a maniac, or just space out to some of the best music DC has to offer.
